What is dimensional (DIM) weight?
The DIM weight refers to the dimensions of the package and how they are used in the calculation of the weight of a package based on size rather than the measured "gross weight". To price international shipping, carriers charge the greater of either the actual weight or DIM weight based on the size of the box. This means as an example that a 2lb package that has large dimensions like 18x30x4, like a pillow for instance may actually be charged at a weight 13lbs depending on the carrier. DIM weight calculations vary by carrier. Please see our Shipping Methods page for each carrier’s calculation formula.
Are there any additional fees associated with heavy or long packages?
Yes, there is a heavy package surcharge applied to any package 30 lbs or heavier.

How long can I store my package in the warehouse?
Free Accounts can store their packages for up to 3 days at our EU and UK warehouses. Premium Members receive 7 or 10 days of storage depending on their membership level. Premium Members may store their packages for up to 10 days at all warehouses when you choose extended storage as a benefit. If you fail to mail your package out before the storage expires, you have the option to purchase up to 15 days of additional storage time. If you choose to extend the storage for an expired package, you will be assessed a fee of $7 plus $1 per day that the package has been expired. This will extend your storage for an additional 7 days.
My carrier stated that they were not able to deliver my package. What happened?
The carrier may have been trying to deliver the package outside of business hours or on Sunday. Please ask your carrier to only attempt delivery 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday except EU holidays.
Will you notify me after my package arrives to your warehouse?
We will email you once your package is checked in and entered into your account. Make sure to check your spam box if you don't receive an email.
There will also be a notification within your account even if you are not getting our emails.
What do I do after my package is received into the warehouse?
After your package has been processed into our warehouse you need to click action required, select your package, and complete the customs declaration form. At this time, you may also make any special requests. Once the customs declaration is done and all requests have been completed, the package can then be scheduled for mail out by choosing ready to ship. From this point you select the carrier, insurance, and pay for your package to be shipped.
The retailer sent me multiple packages even though I only placed one order. Will you charge me for each package separately?
Yes, we charge a $2 processing free for Premium Members and a $3 processing fee for a Free Accounts for each package we receive into your account. This fee is added to the total package cost to ship as a separate cost. To cut down on these per-package processing fees, many retailers allow you to request your purchases be shipped in as few boxes as possible.
How is the shipping rate calculated?
The shipping rate for each parcel is calculated at mail out and is dependent on the destination, carrier selected, weight of the package, dimensions of the box and declared value. You can use our Shipping Calculator to estimate shipping rates based on these criteria.
Can I provide with a prepaid shipping label?
No, we do not accept prepaid shipping labels. The only exception are returns where the merchant provides with a prepaid label.
Is my package subject to duties and/or taxes?
Yes, you are financially responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information as duties and taxes are dependent on the destination, provenance and value of items shipped. These regulations are subject to change at any time.
How "Buy For Me" project works and how much does it cost?
If you have any trouble ordering online we can shop on your behalf. The funds will be deducted from your account, and we will purchase the products. First time "Buy For Me" project requests require identify and payment verification method before we can get started.
Sales tax and shipping fees are determined by the retailer (if applicable). Pricing for this service is listed below:
Service Fee: $8.50 per 10 items (from the same retailer)
Processing Fee (4.3% of order total)
Commission Fee (8% of order total)
Can I purchase from multiple retailers on one assisted purchase request?
Unfortunately, no. If you would like to order from different retailers, please place separate assisted purchase requests.
What happens with the purchase if the items are out of stock?
If any item in your order is not available, we will purchase what is available. 50% of your order must be available, otherwise the assisted purchase request will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
When will the assisted purchase request be completed?
Usually between 2-5 days, depending on the day the request is submitted and the volume of requests. Please note that it can an additional 1-3 week for the package to be placed into your account based upon the shipping speed of the seller.
Where can I learn the list of items prohibited for shipping?
For your convenience we have prepared a short list of things prohibited for shipping internationally:

I received an incorrect package. What do I do?
If you received an incorrect package in your account please create a support ticket. Our warehouse staff will then remove the package from your account.
If you received an incorrect package at your home please create a support ticket and upload photos of the package labels and contents. We will then provide you with further instructions.
